Yes. Zentake is 100% HIPAA-compliant. We use enterprise-grade end-to-end encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.2 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on HIPAA-compliant AWS data centers with regular third-party security audits to ensure your Protected Health Information (PHI) remains secure.

Does Zentake provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?

Yes. We provide a signed BAA for all healthcare clients to ensure full legal compliance with HIPAA regulations. The BAA is included as part of our standard onboarding process and is available on all subscription plans.

Can I create my own custom medical forms?

Yes. Our drag-and-drop form builder allows you to create everything from simple contact forms to complex clinical assessments. You can also use conditional logic to show or hide questions based on a patient’s previous answers, making the intake process faster and more relevant.

Is there a trial period?
