Are there any cancellation fees?

Zentake is a month-to-month service. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose to cancel, we'll automatically close your account and permanently delete your data. Speak with a Zentake representative to learn more, exclusions apply.

Do Zentake's forms work on all devices?

Yes, Zentake forms look and feel great on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Can I get a BAA?

Yes. BAAs are included on all plans. You electronically consent to our BAA upon creating an account. Terms of Service.

Will my clients need to "login" to complete my forms?

No, clients do not need to create an account to complete forms. Clients can complete and sign online from anywhere and on any desktop or mobile device.
